According to media reports, research published in the journal Journal Nutrition Research and Practice stated that eating some daily nutrients regulates blood sugar levels and regulates blood pressure. The reason for this is the omega-3 fatty acids in walnuts that increase glucose levels by lowering beneficial cholesterol levels. The study reviewed the nutritional habits of 119 people.
