Samsung’s new flagship phones for the Galaxy S11 series and new foldable phones can be introduced on February 18. The claim was made by Twitter user Ice Universe in a tweet about leaked Samsung phones. According to the tweet, Samsung could introduce the Galaxy S11 series and the new commercially foldable phone during an event on February 18 in San Francisco. The phones will be introduced in Barcelona a few days before the scheduled Mobile World Congress, as this year introduced the Galaxy S10 series and Galaxy Fold on February 21 before the event.
A lot of leaks have already surfaced regarding the Galaxy S11 series phones and their potential photos have also been leaked. This time the batteries in the phones will be bigger than last year’s phones, while for the first time the company will introduce a back 108 megapixel camera and will have a set app of 4 cameras, including a 5X optical zoom feature.
Like the Galaxy Note 10 series on the front, a selfie camera will be provided in the punch hole design and 120 refresh Hz display is also expected.
The Snapdragon 865 or Exynos 9380 processor will be available inside the phone while options of up to 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage will also be offered.
As far as foldable phones are concerned, more details are not yet available and there is only a concept design released by the company that shows it as a Motorola Razer phone. But it is said that its price will be much lower than that of Galaxy Fold and can cost up to a thousand dollars.
