The study found that the lack of sleep increases the likelihood of people making mistakes in their daily activities at home and at the office, while the risk of difficulty concentrating is three times higher, according to researchers. During the study, 77 volunteers were kept awake all night while 61 people were given the opportunity to sleep at home.
