Exercise and healthy diets 3 times a week are helpful in keeping the brain young. It was discovered in a medical study conducted in the United States by the Duke University Medical Center that people who are middle-aged Exercise 100 minutes a day while eating foods that contain fruits, vegetables, and commodities, their mental age may be less than 10 years of real age. This study found that such individuals score better on mental test scores. The study reviewed 160 people who were not suffering from mental retardation but had to make a decision and plan. There was a problem with the ban attempts. These people were asked to walk, cycling or jogging 3 times a week with a healthy diet. The results showed that after 6 months they improved their mental age and recorded a decrease of 10 years. The researchers said that exercise and a healthy diet help to improve the ability of the heart to correct the heart while also increasing blood flow to the brain. Earlier, research at Columbia University in the US reported that fruits, vegetables, fish and olive oils contain more fat than red meat or Slaughter of the product reduces brain shrinkage speed with low aging.
