The decision was taken at a meeting held at the Prime Minister’s Office on the unused public land owned by Imran Khan. During the meeting, Secretary for Privatization Rizwan Malik informed the Prime Minister that ‘these unused public lands will be marketed at the Dubai Expo to attract foreign and Pakistani investors to buy these assets.
Prime Minister Imran Khan directed the concerned authorities to sell all unused valuable government land and spend the welfare of the people on the welfare of the people. At the same time, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that despite the billions of rupees of land, state institutions face a loss of billions of rupees every year.
