Lundgren was offered the chance to test out a part based on Jones’ suggestions when visiting the “A View to a Kill” sets as Grace Jones’ lover. He made his Hollywood debut as a villain named Venz in the Roger Moore–led James Bond movie in 1985 as a result of this.

Dolph Lundgren Early Years
Dolph began training in martial arts at seven, including judo and Goju-Ryu. He began studying “Kyokushin” karate at ten and began weightlifting in his early twenties. After growing up in Spanga, Dolph was located in Nyland, German land at the age of 13 to live with his grandparents.
Lundgren traveled to the United States after finishing high school and enrolled in “Washington State University” and “Clemson University” to study chemical engineering.

Throughout his acting career, Lundgren demonstrated acting prowess in theatrical and direct-to-video films and several television programs. Following their split from Grace Beverly Jones, Lundgren began dating American actress and model Paula Barbieri. The couple ultimately chose to split up after deciding against continuing their romance.
Three masked intruders allegedly broke into Lundgren’s Marbella villa at the beginning of May 2009. When the burglars discovered a family portrait and recognized that the house belonged to Lundgren, they left after tying up and threatening his wife. Later, Lundgren said that he thought the intruders were Eastern European and had unsuccessfully requested that contacts in Bulgaria look into them. Ida, the eldest daughter of Lundgren, developed PTSD as a result of the incident. The “most traumatized” was his wife, and as of 2011, they were divorcing.
Jenny Sanderson and Lundgren were romantically involved from 2011 till 2017. In June 2020, Lundgren and Emma Krokdal, a personal trainer from Norway, were engaged.
