The celebrity Chef Carla Hall kicked off the festive time during “The View” by dishing her latest children’s book, “Carla and the Christmas Cornbread,” in addition to some of her famous recipes.
Hall has published several cookbooks, including her bestseller “Carla Hall’s Soul Food.” She’s now out the first book for children, loosely based on her childhood in Nashville, Tennessee. This week, the author spoke to her co-hosts about the motivation for the book’s creation with a selection of dishes that are perfect for the festive season.
