Bank agrees to give account holder details to FBR

Bank agrees to give account holder details to FBR! Banks have agreed to provide bank account holdings details to the FBR, while the Federal Board of Revenue Chairman Shabazzadi said that the Pakistan Bank Association and all banks have withdrawn the litigation over the issue of providing some information agreed on.

Chairman FBR Shabarzadi said on the social networking website Twitter, that I thank the President of the Bank of Pakistan and the President of all the banks for providing some information on the pending litigation. I have agreed to withdraw the gamble.

FBR officials say an agreement has been signed between the Federal Board of Revenue and the Pakistan Banker Association. The bank account holders have agreed to give details. After the deal, the dispute between the FBR and the banks will be resolved after 2013.

It should be noted that after the deal was filed by the banks regarding the details of the account holdings, the banks will withdraw their lawsuits next week. The objections regarding giving details to the banks after the amendment should now end.
